Terrible customer service by staff, manager forced to come help us. Such a shame... good location. We bought items the lady they all tripped over to help as soon as she walked in didn't seem to puchase. Hmmm you need to treat everyone the same. So disappointed in this location, we should have driven to our regular Spencer's. Management, please send your staff to customer service training as they seem to not know how to greet all prospective clients. Could it be the staff assumed we didn't have credit or $. I think that may be it. Giving 1 star because I can't give 0 star, Mr. Kowalsky, POC pay good money for appliances. Again shame shame. Never again.
