Visited this place because they were offering Build Your Own Grand Slam for free on your birthday. It is very nice of them. My husband has a birthday today and we took a long drive to find Denny's. There really has not much Denny's around, none in GTA area.
When we went there, there were not much customers, 3 other tables, but the service was suuuuuper slow, even with many employees walking around chatting, not really serving. Our server is a nice young lady, but she is often hiding in the kitchen, hard to find her.
It is not our first time to go to Denny's. We have been to Niagara Falls and Mississauga Denny's many times and had great time with satisfying food, but unfortunately not this one. The food quality is good, but portion size are very small, like a kids meal. The coffee taste like plain hot water, definitely will not wake you up. Maybe that's why they can offer free refill.
If I really need to go to Denny's again, will not go to this location again, will try other locations or go to Mississauga or Niagara Falls location.
