Mike was amazing! He thoroughly inspected every inch of the home including getting up in the attic for a good while to inspect everything. on top of that he also explained things in layman's terms so that we can understand and evaluate how we felt about things versus just giving us his professional opinion. amazing price, excellent customer care and personable. highly recommend!!
