Very bad customer service! We recently moved and had a number of things to purchase. Everything was difficult. Had to search for an employee in every department. Wanted to order a garage storage set up... Wanted to pay them for assembly and delivery. They could only assemble some items and I was asked "Don't you have a handyman?" Seriously? A seven foot by seven foot shelving system...the two guys say to me " it's not that heavy" Thanks for your assistance! I can tell you they certainly weren't lifting a finger so it wasn't going to be heavy for them! Nevertheless after multiple stops with different employees and desks and orders we then had to go pay. Well that didn't work either.... After a long wait and a couple register moves... I had enough! Long story short... Picked up one item the next day....they didn't even bring in cart or assist to vehicle. They certainly made future decisions easy...just go to Home Depot!
