It is their Japanese dessert months so they have several unique cakes that use ingredients commonly found in Japan.
I wanted to try all of them but ended up only trying the matcha cake. It was very delicious, the flavours busted in my mouth. I took the afternoon tea option with a cup of Japanese tea as well for a total of $8. It was a great compliment to the cake. The cake was neither too dense or too light, just the right texture and moistness. However, I would prefer it without the chocolate filling but overall, the cake was pretty amazing already.
I also took a box of chocolate. Oh man, they take every single product seriously. I am not really a chocolate person but I ate the whole box (9) in a day. Each one was unique and good tasting.
Also, the staffs there were so friendly and patient. She really helped me since I don't know French. Also maintained a genuine smile the whole time!
