Picture this. Emergency room in the height of flu season. Packed waiting room. People sobbing in their chairs. The wait is hours long but you have to wait because you're in significant pain. It's annoying, no one really wants to be at the hospital anyway, right? Finally you're called back and you're put in a bed in the hallway because they are over capacity.
