They use the same products as The Ballantyne Spa (all natural plant derived) and I wish I would have know that ahead of time because I was looking for a facial that would actually clear out pores. The organic facials just never quite work the same. However, three stars because my esthetician was very nice and took her time during my facial. The facility was clean, however the waiting area wasn't "Spa-esk" at all. If you're looking for an overall spa experience, this is not the place for you. If you want a quick organic facial, that's cost effective, then this might be the place for you!
