This what I want and expect in suburban animal hospitals. My pet and I get treated with respect and admiration with tons of complements. (OK my dog received admiration and complements). I was given a simple explanation of the issue and my options. On this trip I took care of the basics, filled a prescription and passed on the $500 visit to the veterinary cardiologist to explore my dog'd hart murmur. Here is the key for me, the staff did not make me feel bad for treating my dog like a pet, not like a surrogate child. Respect!
