I never thought having my phone crap on me could be a good thing. After spending 2 hours and dropping a few bucks I can honestly say it's been the best customer service experience I've ever had. The lovely people responsible for this amazing experience are Shawn, David, & Maria. They were all so knowledgeable on the product and kept offering me options to choose from, never have I met such a group of personable, genuine, problem solvers. They kept up-selling me and I wanted to spend more money because A) how great they were B) how beyond happy I was with the experience and C) every phone problem I've ever had was addressed today. I wouldn't have spent my money any other way and because of this experience alone I will never go through a phone provider again. Thank you for all your help and being awesome human beings. Apple Scottsdale quarter is the real MVP!
