We used GSS for our wedding. Their s'mores cake is amazing! They nailed the design we were looking for--the cake was so beautiful! I received numerous compliments on the cupcakes as well--everyone said they were delicious. The only reason they didn't get a 5-star rating is because the cake was difficult to cut through during the cake cutting ceremony. But flavor-wise everything was on point!!!
