Treated me like a used car buyer when I purchased a brand new 2016 Golf Sportswagen. The car was not cleaned or detailed. I thought the dashboard was supposed to be dull but when I cleaned my new clean car and cleaned the dashboard, it was nice and shiny.
All the dealer did was just remove the white shipping film and called it clean.
They didn't even give me a full tank of gas.
I didn't even receive a key chain!!
My friend just purchased the same model car from Dixie and 401 and the car was detailed, washed, filled with gas and free keychain.
Service managers at this location don't know the product they are servicing. The service technicians are good and that's why I give them 1 star.
