Had a great experience there yesterday. Called the morning of to try and get a hair cut in on an unexpected day off.

Read the reviews and loved that some stylist have been there for years.
Appointment was for 315, showed up at 305. Took about 60 unnecessary seconds for the stylist and reception at the front to greet I think.
I was handed a rolled up robe to put on and the receptionist walked to the back to let my stylist know I was there.
I say down for about 18 minutes and approached the desk at 323 and asked for an update.
Was within 2 minutes whisked off to get my hair washed and cut.
Besides the first little bit everything else went great.
My master stylist (Filomena?) Was fun and experienced with a great honesty! Lauren was very nice to talk to and gave me some great insight for my hair as well!
Love my hair cut and the experience!
