I love Lee's and their selection. But the morons that work here make it so horrifically managed. My fiancé and I just ran in quick to two Lee's to find a beer. The first Lee's the gentleman was very pleasant and greeted us, etc. The second location we went to (4230 S. Rainbow) I was pissed off as soon as we walked in. There was a gentleman employee right at the door and didn't say a word. No one said hello nor asked if we needed help. Then we get up to the counter and this dumbass (excuse the language) asks ME how much the beer was. I repeat, ASKS ME HOW MUCH THEIR PRODUCT WAS. Are you kidding me?? Then she takes our money and just throws the bag aside without saying anything else. I have a big input when it comes to customer service as I am a waitress-and I'm sorry but what I experienced with those people in there was atrocious. Not to mention we could hear the f bomb thrown out as they were having a loudly spoken, unprofessional conversation in the "office." Sorry but you lost a customer to this location. I give it 3 stars only due to their selections.
