Dishonest and a nightmare to deal with.
Made my glasses incorrectly three times. When I originally made my appointment they said they accepted my insurance but it turns out they didn't and sent me a HUGE bill months later. My husband was supposed to get a free pair of sunglasses when we bought his contact but he never received them. They tacked on all kinds of extras I didn't want. If you buy form them make sure they show you an itemized list of charges.
