I read all the reviews posted here and was a little apprehensive, but they were having a great sale and I needed a sectional. I thought they were terrific. I was approached when I walked in and said I was thinking about a sectional. The lady who helped me was great. She didn't pressure me and she made it a point to show me everything that was on sale (multiple times because I wanted to sit on everything). I'd been shopping around and they had the best prices and the best delivery prices. I needed a Saturday delivery because I can't get off work and the day of delivery, I called at 8:30 AM - was given a window of 8:30 - 12 Noon, the delivery guys called me about 30 minutes out and were in & out of my condo in no time. I love my new sectional and would definitely go back to this store if looking for something else
