Being without your work laptop nowadays is big nightmare . I was looking for a fast-service repair shop , I called several other places and non of them seemed to know what I was talking about or knew how to solve the problem. I called Vellve Systems and they transferred me to their network administrator Jim, the moment I started explaining my situation , he knew exactly what I was talking about . He suggested he could log in to my network using my laptop remotely instead wasting and waiting for someone to come to my home-office , Jim logged on, looked up the issue around my network settings for my modem and router, got me up and running again without all the headaches (connectivity issues ) I was having. This company is now on my top 5 in general in the Charlotte community . It seems the bigger the companies are , the less knowledgeable and the less they care about their customers ! Not these guys.. I highly support locally owned businesses such as this
