I've stopped taking my stuff to these people. Most of the time the work was well done, but I found it pricy. And then two things happened - I got an autumn coat retailored and the sleeves ended up too short and not correctable. Given how expensive this coat was, this was very disappointing. And the other thing was that, after consistently giving me one-inch scraps from shortening my pants or whatnot, they did not give me a fairly large piece from a most unique designer jacket made of high-end material, and when I asked for it they said I have to ask for it in advance. This is such bullshit. So now I am really put off and I hope I never need their services again. Ugh.
