Had a moulding issue that did not involve having to replace the windshield. Contacted the dealership but, as usual, almost dropped at the price quote. After reviewing the Yelp reviews, I contacted SAG and chatted with Stephanie. I talked with a couple of times and she was very professional and engaging, a very good point of first contact. We had a minor miscommunication in the beginning and John showed up with the wrong idea of what needed to be done. We discussed and he had that can-do attitude. Two days later, he is back and in a very short amount of time, had my problem resolved and at over a $200 savings from what the dealership was going to charge. John was a pro and very professional as well. I have no reason to ever look for a different auto glass vendor!
