Why do I prefer Hershey's Chocolate World over the M&M madness just across the street? Well, I'm more of a Hershey gal possibly. I'm boring as hell but I like the basic Hershey bar. And this place is new to me and somehow not as chaotic as the M&M store. Located in New York, New York - it smells fabulous, especially on the second floor where the smell of chocolate mingles with the fresh pretzels being sold just outside the store. It's a pretty delicious mix. Loved the Statue of Liberty made of Twizzlers... and though there are many signs asking "Please Do Not Touch", every kid in the place has touched it. All of the greats are here... the Hershey bar, the Reese's Cup and Reese's pieces, the Kisses... It's all here. And no creepy Oompah Loompah's to bring the mood down (those things are freaking scary - still). A place well worth a visit while you check out New York, New York on the Strip. And the freshly made treats around the main register - all look fantastic. If you can leave with less than two of these beauties, you're a stronger woman than me.
