I recently had Flooring America install carpet in my condominium and the entire process was outstanding. When I entered the store I was greeted by Connie who provided knowledgeable insights to various carpet quality and style. Connie scheduled a site estimate with Todd two days later, and he provided additional recommendations based on the floor plan and the potential for a noticeable seam with the product we selected. Todd is very knowledgeable and offered a couple of alternatives with comparable price estimates. We changed our selection based on his expertise and design installation. The installers were scheduled five days later and did a great job. They arrived promptly (early) and completed installation in less than eight hours.
