Don't use this place. Went here with my son after making an appointment online. 1:15 after my app. time I got to see the nurse practitioner. Then I was told computer was down so they would have to Bill me full price of $220 even though copayment on my insurance card would have been $70. Of course I was sick what else could be done. The secretary told me that when the computer came up it would auto correct the payment. WELL, this never happened. Called today only to be told to call billing, who then told me they would forward to refunds who would check with facility. I should hear something in maybe a week.
They need to get it together. If you make an app. Online it is so I won't spread germs to everyone else or sit in an uncomfortable chair when I already don't feel good.
