Visited Ali for the first time yesterday after finding her on Groupon. The booking process can be a little confusing, especially if you haven't used StyleSeat before. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my experience. In the morning, I got a text from Ali to remind me of my upcoming appointment. I showed up on time and she was ready to receive me right away. I got a Brazilian wax and it was painless. Ali was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. She was also super easy to talk to. Rates of service are a bit lower than at other spas in the area. Ali offered various deals (i.e., you get 15% off each wax if you book a 3-wax package) as well. I will definitely book any future wax & spa services with her.
