We decided to enjoy a day on the west side and looked up a place to eat a good sub before heading to edgewater. We both ordered the Engineer, and LOVED it. Of course we added things to our taste like banana peppers and my boyfriend (the one with tastebuds that require a kick) had jalapeños added. I like the option for a small medium or large sub with the medium being 8 inches, which is great when my appetite wants more than a 6 inch sub.
