So I've been slacking on my yelping of late, but if I'm going to write just ONE review, I have to tell you about this amazing place. I Love (yes with a capital L) Pho Lan. Each time we've been we started with an order of the banh knot. These tiny little savory pancake like goodies are amazing. I've never had anything like them anywhere else, but they are truly delicious.
Pho is one of my favorite dishes and I've ordered it every time I've been in. Each time it is amazing. The broth is perfectly prepared, and the meats and veggies are fresh and delicious. You really can't go wrong with any of their pho offerings. My wife has ordered one of their noodle dishes (the bon tom thit nuong - featuring pork and shrimp with veggies) and it was delicious. Service has been impeccable on every visit. From the minute we arrive until we leave the staff has been friendly and welcoming, with orders promptly taken, drinks promptly delivered, and food brought out in a timely fashion). This is a great little place. If you like Vietnamese food, you should check them out!
