DO NOT MOVE HERE! The staff ignores all incoming calls when they know there is a service issue which will have a whole building (or several calling). This is a VERY frustrating and consistent practice by them. I understand people are going to complain a LOT when water goes out multiple times a month, but please update us don't just ignore everyone!!!! As I'm typing this I have not had hot water for over 18 hours (or it's been intermittent for over 18 hours, but I have tried it multiple times with no luck). In this time I have not gotten a single phone call through to the office, although the last time I walked down to the office there appeared to be FOUR people working. Water has been shut off multiple times to my whole building (at least a dozen or two since moving in), several times it will be 2 or 3 times in a week. The explanation was that the sinks don't have angle stops so the WHOLE buildings water has to be shut off for them to replace or maintain one persons.... I was VERY frustrated with this explanation as we had the apartments marketed to us as "upgraded" and paid appropriately. Other than that, the rest of the negatives are pretty predictable. No public space as all rocks and grass are nasty from all the dogs (plus side, you can have a dog! If you don't, I would never live here). The gate is constantly broken, and when it is people who party at old town will flood the parking lot. General disrepair (IE we have dual pane windows that don't actually seal to window frame, our bathtub finish is coming off and we have to vacate for multiple dates for it to be repaired, etc) The price isn't good enough for them to be so apathetic about managing the property.
