So, having gone to this particular location occasionally in the past few years, I can definitely say that there is much better out there in terms of quality customer service. I dropped off a piece of equipment I use regularly in my profession and when calling in to find out the status the next day or so they asked if I could call in to remind them in the morning to look at the piece of equipment. I told them that I was unsatisfied with the service, but no discount, no apologies. I even told the guy I had been using their services for the past few years, but he didn't seem to give a rats backside.
