Alright, this is actually a pretty good place for coffee. I like the clean, spacious and chill design of the store. The coffee tastes pretty good as well. And there are lots of people quietly spending their afternoons here with their lap tops. I like the environment of this place. However, the service weren't very good... The staff here sometimes intimidate me. I actually didn't tip them, as they usually made me wait while chatting with each other, and their attitudes weren't as friendly as those in the coffee shops on campus. Today, I ordered a cup of iced tea, and I asked if I could have no ice in the iced tea, the guy told me " sure, it will just be 1 dollar extra". Then I asked him why, and he said that it was because if I had no ice they would have to give me more tea so they need to charge for it. I mean, I understand that, but it sounds weird to me because I have never been charged for "no ice" before. Also, if you think the other way around, my iced tea will get diluted because of the ice eventually, and that wasn't the quality that I ordered with my money... Oh well anyway, it is a nice place with good environment, but it is not as great as stated on the news.
