I'm not sure where to begin. I've had many bad experiences here. First, the pricing is outrageous! $137 a month for 30 min classes twice a week? Its crazy! Second issue I have is that it seems like my daughter's coaches are telling me different issues with her swimming each time. One will say she's doing great and almost can go to next leve but needs to work on this or that. Then her other coach will say the complete opposite. It's very confusing. I've heard other parents talk about this to management so I know I'm not the only one with this issue. Third, someone's kid stole my daughter's goggles and they did not do anything about it. I knew who the child was and who the father was and they did absolutely nothing other than offer a pair of their goggle, which are crappy. Next they never answer their phone or respond to a voicemail if you leave one. Its like you have to call 100 times before they answer the phone. So frustrating! I wouldn't recommend this place
