Ryan and I wanted to reach out and personally thank you so much for bring such an amazing animal into our lives. Our new puppy has made us better people and has filled our heart with so much love and joy. Many have negative opinions about this pet store, but I personally cannot find one. Many compare Pick of the Litter to not look as nice compared to Pet Land in Strongsville mall and complain that the dogs are in fish crates. Before we got our puppy we went to both stores to get a feel for the animals. The animals are Pet Land were 1) in smaller enclosures than Pick of the Litter 2) dirty, and 3) seemed very sad and on edge. It was very hard to watch and be in there for very long without getting upset. I felt so bad for them. But, when we went to Pick of the Litter, all of the animals there seem absolutely happy, and you know that they are taken care of and loved. Personally I would rather have my animal come from a place where they're loved and taken care of. If you're having any doubts about this place think twice because this is the only place well be getting more puppies from!
