Worst decision I ever made switching to Direct tv. They never came out and put my satellite on the pole and cables were just running through the yard and over my shrubs. Finally when we started losing channels I called technical support and I was informed since it was past my 90 days I would either have to pay $99 or $7.99 per month for a technician to come out. For something they were suppose to do in the beginning! So I'm being penalized for not calling in time! And now I'm stuck in a 2yr contract! Worst decision ever!
