It's a shame I have to write this and give such low ratings because both Nurse Practitioner Li Li and Dr. Homan Mostafavi are great! But their front office staff is HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE! Rosa is rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. Not just to me, but loudly on the phone to other patients to where the entire waiting room could hear. They are severely overbooked, in my 4 appointments there, I waited in the FULL lobby well over 30min for my quick 15min (if that) appt. The only reason for my one star, is because once you are in the hands of the back office staff, you are treated so well. Each medical assistant, nurse, physician I came in contact with was kind and compassionate. Its a shame that first impression you get when you call on the phone or step foot in the office is so negative! I'm thankful I have no reason to return.
