I am revising my review for the followinging reason.
The owner contacted me via Facebook on a review that I did on the business's Facebook page and offered to make this right it was a training issue on the part of his employees and I just wanted to be fair in my review and let you know that the owner did make the problem right
I've generally been very happy with this store I've even bought a gun or two from them I took my M&P 9c and to have a front sight changed out that I bought from them that I wasn't happy with I asked the clerk how much they charge for it he took it back and said I'll get back with you 10 minutes later he comes out and says they started it and it's $25 I don't mind paying for someone's time and labor but this seems a little bit high just for replacing 1 sight then when I went to pay for it they charge tax on top of the labor when I question that the girl at the front as well I have to charge it is miscellaneous and we don't have anything just for labor no offer to talk to the owner no offer to rectify the situation I was in a hurry so I pay the tax on it but I will not be doing business with lock and load ever again poor poor customer service too many other options in town for this type of BS
