Staff is completely RUDE and insensitive to patient's families. My grandma was not given the proper attention for the stroke she suffered. We asked questions and they were very uniformative telling us "not to worry about it", without giving explanation. Nurse Afifa has an attitude whenever asked a question and she has complete disregard towards my questions concerning my grandma's health since she has cancer and suffered a stroke.
