Tammy in service is phenomenal! Sadly didn't purchase our Beetle from this location, but because of the outstanding service department (again kudos to Tammy) we'll never consider another place for future purchases! One would think because we didn't purchase a vehicle from the dealership directly that they would turn their backs on us (such had Hendricks & Honda has with our other vehicles) but not volkswagen!! They're splitting the cost with us on repairs, they have gone above & beyond with their customer service and have truly made frustrating situations as easy as possible!
