The Castle shannon store has the worst customer service. We got a hot tub in April 2015. They chipped it on delivery but that was insignificant. The remote control broke after 5 months and when I tried to replaed the batteries it was a refurshed model (it said it on the inside) and it still didn't work. Returned it to the store and they said they would get another one for us. Never receiced it. Then the first Winnter we had it 9 months it stopped working. i tried eveything and lights flikered and the jets wouldn't go on at all. It was 5 dregrees out and I am out there resetting the switches and replacing all the filters. After a repairman came out and and charged us $125 it needed a total new control panel. When we called the store to update them they informed us we coud have fixed it ourselves and even since it was under warranties with labor included they will not reimbursh us and they did not even know they sill had our remote. I have never seen anything like this..DO NOT BUT FROM POOL and SPA OUTLET. It was a Master spa brand but will call them next... Appalled my the manager rudness and indiffernce.
