This place was a complete let down. Though it is close to my home I will not be returning. I rated it two stars because they were open early, waiting area was nice, and the staff working outside was ok. However, the lady who runs the cash register inside where you pay for it all is rude and unprofessional. She doesn't greet you with hello or how are you but snatches the ticket out of your hand rings you up and basically throws the receipt back at you after you pay. She isn't pleasant to deal with and you feel like you are bothering her by being there. I paid $27 for the works wash plus a $15 tip to have my truck cleaned. I should fist say that we had just returned from a camping trip and the mud was everywhere on the outside of the truck. Also, the inside had dirt and pet hair on seats. The truck was put through the automatic wash which took care of all the mud that was on the outside and they actually did a good job drying it off by hand and seeing that decided on the $15 for a tip. Once I was in the truck driving away, I saw the dirt and pet hair still on the back seats. Not just a few strands of pet hair or traces of dirt but largely all of the back seat was left untouched. I called to let them know what was going on and the rude lady running the register answered. She told me that this is normal for pet hair. What? She explained how they can not get all the pet hair up from the seats. I told her forget it and that I will take my business elsewhere. She simply said okay and that was that. Not worth my time or money.
