It looks nice on the outside. Apartment Complex staff seem friendly. However here are the issues...
1) Apartment staff say they are "new" and they are not knowledgable.
2) We brought our documents. We were told we were approved. The day before our scheduled move in, they want more documents .
Do not tell anyone they are approved until you know for sure. Do not request more documents less than 24 hours before move in.
Learn about the property you are leasing. If you don't know something say I am not sure or let me check. It's much better to check then to give wrong information.
After this happened I started reading the other reviews. I am glad we alphabet decided not to move here. We are not tenants yet and there was already so much disorganization with the management. I feel like we dodged a bullet on this for sure.
