OK, I'd like to UPDATE my OPINION on Children's Denistry Anthem location.... the dentist Nick is Cool, but the STAFF IS TERRIBLE!!! The last 4 appointments, I've had to reschedule for whatever "mess-up" the STAFF CAUSED!!!!! (Whether it be ; appt. time NOT scheduled, scheduled on a day they couldnt be seen (due to dentist that was working didnt take our insurance) , AND today' BS MESS...... they didn't have the supplies delivered to take impressions of my daughter's teeth...... SO, "the receptionist just says, let's just reschedule you ok?!"
UNBELIEVABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! ADVICE; If you can't be "OPEN" TO RESCHEDULE A LOT, for STAFFS MESS UPS, go to another dentist. Otherwise, you could jeapordize losing what job you do have ,,,, during that time!!!!!
