They don't even deserve a 1 star. Without going into every single details: I got bumped from my flight because the staff decided to close the gates even when I was 1 hour ahead of schedule because they said they were already full. That's an involuntary bump. I asked for monetary compensation and they said they no longer do it right in front of you, they send it in the mail after you call some customer service number. They wouldn't find and book me a new flight. They wouldn't bring a manager out. My uncle came to argue with them and he and I waited here for 6 hours and the manager never came out, because they actually refused to. They had the cops move us away from the counter because we waited for a manager to speak with us. They told us to come back at 8pm for the manager, when we got there, we were told the manager was sick and couldn't come in. I came back the following morning and they didn't say anything except hand me a letter of apology with a check. Their planes are dirty, seats uncomfortable. I guess you get what you pay for. Long story short, I hate this airlines. And considering everyone else's opinions of this place, they aren't going to last long.
