The facility is really clean and I appreciate that, but they have a major issue with reporting injuries. No reports are written and the teachers have no idea what happened. No matter how much complaining I did the issue was never resolved, I had to pull my child out and take her somewhere where she would be watched better. One or two times is understandable but the lack of communication is constant. My daughter had been bitten 3-4 times at once on multiple occasions which makes me feel like no one is watching the children at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
