I read Yelp reviews before my first visit. I was nervous. A common review says the doctors are great but the desk (reception) staff is poor.
This is the only endocrinology office near me which accepts my insurance. So I decided to proceed. At least I should expect the care from the doctors to be good based on the reviews... and that's what especially matters.
Perhaps they've fixed their reception issues. Staff at the front counter have been pleasant and even helpful each time I've visited, which is about 6 times now. That's a pretty good record. I've also been pleased with my endocrinologist, Dr. Hirari. He's been all business each time we've met. He seems knowledgeable with solutions to offer based on my labs. He has also taken as much time as I've needed with him each time to discuss how I'm feeling, next steps, and to address my questions.
