If I could give zero stars or negative stars, I would! There is nothing star about this place, the staff (in part), and sure as heck the customer service!
I'll make this as short as possible... 6 weeks or so ago, I purchased 5 large trees, and 30 smaller plants. 4 of the plants didn't make it. No problem, two digs of a shovel and a bag and they are exchanged. The larger tree that died... different story! Being that I paid for delivery and one person cannot move that tree around, I'd expect a different answer. No refund for the delivery (which I understand) but please, drop off a new one and take the old! Nope! Must bring it in! They'd need a delivery fee to pick up and another to drop off! That's there "star" customer service!
I've spent nearly $10,000 in the last few months at this location alone! I guess I'll try Moon or go back to big box stores like Home Depot and lowes
