ok so yes the grounds and venue is beautiful...... The rest for me and my bride was a nightmare. The inefficient way of record keeping done by the manager led to us being double booked. So we had to re-schedule our date. ( We would have went elsewhere if the grounds weren't so beautiful.) Patrick the manager of the place thought just an apology was good enough for this major inconvenience. We decided to talk to his father who is the owner Don and he was more than apologetic and went above and beyond to help us and show he cared for what had happened. The manager however wanted nothing to do with us for calling him out on his mistake and was under the impression that we were ripping them off....... Sorry pal when you screw up big you pay big its called "life". I would like to say our wedding was beautiful and Don made it right. With that said we would not recommend this place if you're like us and expect a professional staff and things to be done efficiently. I would say purchase a computer and have a client database and get a bit more organized so this doesn't continue to happen. Also when you make a mistake don't avoid the bride and groom. Man up and work with your clients to provide a smooth and not awkward experience. That is all.
