Yatai Ramen came to my work this week, and it was fabulous. Their broth had the perfect balance of being light and rich. The meat and veggies were great. But the real show stopper is the noodles. They make their noodles by hand, and the noodles have a wonderfully chewy texture. I can't wait for Yatai Ramen to come back!
