An honest auto repair shop that does not try to up-sell! I was overdue for an oil change, and I was hearing what sounded like valve chatter when I was not accelerating. It turned out the oil change fixed the mystery engine noise. And the owner, Eli, did not charge me extra for diagnosis, driving the car to check for the sound I reported. Nor did he ring up extra for checking the brakes, which are still low wear.
I walked in to pick up my car on a warm afternoon and the owner handed me a bottle of cool water.
