I've been a customer here for a few years and will try one more time . . . but it's become to hard to get an appointment. I've made appointments the last couple of times and have still had to wait up to 30 minutes. My time is precious and I expect a salon to honor my time and save a spot for me. While they are nice people and do a good job, this is the one issue that leaves me looking for another salon. I think they take anyone who walks in the door and do not even look at appointments.
