I've been coming here for the past year and a half, Every time I get a $6 wash, and tip the guy drying my car $6.Today I stopped by for the $5 special on my way home from work. Their machine wasn't accepting debit, and said cash only at the time. I chose a $5 wash, and put in a $20. Machine wouldn't give me change, and printed me a receipt saying I chose an $8 wash, and only paid $10, and clearly marked $2 customer credit. The queue was getting long, so I just moved along, and explained what happened to the guy manning the suds.He explained to me he'd look into it. I went through the wash, parked my car, and went up to wait for him, he worked on the machine for 15 minutes. Then comes up to me, someone stops him to ask a question, and I see him drop a receipt. I pick it up before it got blown away, and it was my receipt. He says the machine doesn't lie and that I only paid $10. Then when I asked for the $2 credit, he had the nerve to say since I lied about paying $20, I'm lying about the change as well, even though ti was clearly marked on the receipt. Needless to say, worse $20 car wash I've ever gotten. Avoid at all costs! Oh while I was leaving another gentleman came up and explained the machine didn't give him change.
