For PHX, this is a YES. The Hyatt was right in the middle of downtown and really close to the Suns arena and Diamondbacks' ballpark, as well as other nearby businesses. Check-In was quick and easy. The staff was more than friendly. Two words: Glass Elevators! They had three of them and you were able to get quite a view as you go up to the room. The room was large and clean. The beds were as comfortable as a bed away from home can be. The televisions were flat screen and hi-def. Pool was about average-sized for hotels and a little dirty, but the hot tub was clean. I think some other reviews may have already mentioned this, but the fitness center was immaculate and new. Air conditioning keep the room cool, but not as cool as I would have liked.
