Used to frequent this location at least once per week or more. Service was friendly and the place was clean and well kept. Stopping in tonight on a whim has cured me of going back. Slow counter/order service, very slow in delivery orderd at 5:09 and received at 5:34 and I know it is fresh but when drive in always take precedent dine in customers suffer. Delivered order to table was wrong and condiment bar was under filled and the large ketchup dispenser empty until I brought it to their attention.
The last issue is what happened to the Fatburger theme of Rock and Roll and light hearted upbeat music. I am not a fan of Rap and Hip Hop and listening to this music just ruined the whole visit. Might as well remove the Icon pictures off the wall and replace them with BIG, Tupac, Snoop and all the other gangsters of music. I can go to Five Guys and a host of other places where we are not ignored and the service is faster with a smile and helpful attitude.
