Visited the location in First Canadian Place.
First visit last year was great, the lady was very helpful and made several arrangements to suit my need and budget.
Second visit was terrible. The girl had a very rude attitude. The end product was nice but honestly for such expensive flowers you'd think the service would be top notch. I contacted the corporate office to complain, they were very fast in responding and sent an apology and explanation. Ok.
I give the first visit 4 stars, one less than 5 because of high price. I give the second visit 0 stars, so average out to 2 stars, plus 1 star for the quick response and apology from corporate. So total 3 stars.
I will use Tidy's flowers next time, which is also in the path.
